I am excited to teach you how to make biscuits from my homemade Bisquick mix. This is when you fall in love with the Bisquick mix. Homemade biscuits in the oven in just 5 minutes. Who can complain about that? You will be amazed at how easy this is with the Bisquick mix as a base.

Biscuit INGREDIENTS

A hand pours liquid from a jar into a bowl of flour on a red measuring mat. A wooden spoon is nearby on a speckled countertop.

You just take 2 cups of the bisquick mix and 1/2 a cup of milk.

Hands knead dough in a yellow bowl on a red measuring mat on a speckled countertop. Text shows measurements. Baking in progress.

Mix them together and if it still feels a little dry, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it is your desired consistency. You don’t want it to be sticky but it shouldn’t be crumbly either.

Hands rolling dough on a red measuring mat with a wooden rolling pin. The countertop is speckled. Mat has white measurement markings.

Press or roll out until 1/2-inch thick.

Hands cutting dough circles on a red mat with measurements. Granite countertop, silver bowl, and rolling pin in the background.

Cut into circles. (I like using a biscuit cutter.)

Hands holding a split biscuit over a baking tray with more biscuits, on a textured countertop. Nearby, butter and glass jar with spoon.

Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Two biscuits on a wooden plate, one topped with butter and red jam, creating a warm, inviting setting.
