Celery Salt is such an easy way to add flavor to your food. Celery salt is best in savory dishes. Many cold salads are enhanced by the flavor. It is also good in rubs for meat and poultry, as a seasoning for soups and vegetables, and mixed into dips and spreads.

For this simple recipe, you need to dehydrate 10 cups of celery leaves. I like to make this at the same time that I am dehydrating celery since it is a part I would usually just throw out. I just spread them on my dehydrator trays and dehydrate them at 125 degrees for 6-10 hours.
You will also need 1 teaspoon of salt. Use whatever kind your family prefers.

This can be made in either a food processor or in a blender. Place the ingredients in your processor/blender. Process until fine.

Place the mixture in an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place. To use, add it to any recipe you would normally add salt to and celery to.
